These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this portfolio website and the iOS apps developed by Barani Elangovan ("I", "me", or "my"), including Amounta : Expense Tracker and FlipWell : Flip & Match (together the "Apps"). By using the website or the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
You may use this website and the Apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse them, attempt to interfere with their normal operation, reverse-engineer them (except where such restriction is prohibited by law), or use them for any unlawful purpose.
All content on this website and within the Apps — including designs, text, graphics, logos, app icons, and source code — is owned by Barani Elangovan unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without prior written permission. Any content you create within the Apps (such as your own transactions or notes) remains yours.
Some Apps may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's App Store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.
FlipWell is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits. Ads are provided by third parties, and I am not responsible for their content.
The website and Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While I strive to keep everything working well, I do not guarantee that the website or Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
Any information provided by the Apps — including financial figures, budgets, forecasts, or insights — is for your personal reference only and does not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the Apps.
The Apps rely on services provided by Apple (such as iCloud, StoreKit, the App Store, and Game Center) and, in FlipWell, by Google (AdMob for advertising). Your use of those services is subject to those providers' own terms and policies, which are outside my control.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
